Taking Action For Animals 2007

Well I just returned from the Taking Action For Animals 2007 conference in Washington, DC, and it was AWESOME! It was all about the abuses and cruelties inflicted upon animals by factory farmers, who are pretty much some of the most immoral people that exist. I have the distinct pleasure (Note: Strong Sarcasm) of driving by factory chicken farms every single time I go grocery shopping or go to volunteer at the animal shelter each Friday. THAT is loads of fun, knowing that each one of the sheds at these factory chicken farms has up to as many as a hundred thousand birds in it, suffering in unimaginable pain and torment. So great to know that. I wonder how those people can live with themselves...of course I realize that they are pursuing the almighty dollar, so why should I be shocked? Luckily I have decided to take the information that I have learned and try and do something with it....so I'm hoping I can help to make a difference. I just have to try.
